浙江省义乌市孕前妇女风疹知识知晓率和含风疹成分疫苗接种意愿调查

Awareness and knowledge about rubella and willingness to receive rubella containing vaccine among women receiving pre-conception evaluation in Yiwu city of Zhejiang province

目的了解浙江省义乌市孕前妇女风疹知识知晓率和含风疹成分疫苗(Rubella containing vaccine,RCV)接种意愿。方法采用单纯随机抽样方法选取义乌市妇幼保健院接受孕前检查的妇女进行电话问卷调查,分析风疹、先天性风疹综合征(CRS)和RCV知晓率以及RCV接种意愿。结果共纳入307名调查对象,风疹、CRS、RCV的知晓率分别为16.94%、1.99%、13.03%,RCV接种意愿率为9.12%。Logistic回归分析显示,知晓RCV的调查对象更愿意接种RCV(OR=2412.84,95%CI:78.72-73954.42)。结论义乌市孕前妇女风疹知识知晓率和RCV接种意愿低,需加强孕前妇女风疹预防健康教育。

Objective To determine awareness and knowledge about rubella and the willingness to receive rubellacontaining vaccine(RCV) among women in Yiwu city of Zhejiang province scheduled for pre-conception examination.Methods We used a simple random sampling method to select women scheduled for pre-conception examination at Yiwu Maternity and Children Hospital;we conducted a questionnaire-based telephone survey to determine awareness of rubella,congenital rubella syndrome(CRS),and RCV,and willingness to receive RCV.Results Among the 307 subjects,rates of awareness of rubella,CRS,and RCV were 16.94%,1.99%,and 13.03%,respectively;9.12% were willing to receive RCV.Logistic regression analysis showed that subjects who were aware of RCV were more willing to receive RCV(OR=2 412.84,95%CI:78.72-73 954.42).Conclusion Awareness and knowledge about rubella and willingness to receive RCV were low among women in Yiwu prior to conception.We should enhance health education on rubella prevention among women in pre-conception care programs.
