PS植入路径上不同动物椎骨近红外特性差异研究

摘要 椎弓根螺钉(PS)的精确植入在脊柱手术中至关重要,开发新的实时术中监测导航方法是一个重要研究方向。采用近红外光谱测试系统对新鲜猪、牛、羊椎骨进行了光谱采集,得到了沿着PS植入路径的测试点反射光谱,进而研究不同动物椎骨近红外特性差异。提出了优化斜率因子的计算方法,将所提因子与前期研究提出的光谱面积因子、峰值因子、特定斜率因子进行比较。研究结果表明:优化斜率因子对于不同椎骨组织的区分性更准确,具有较强的鲁棒性,可以作为最优识别因子用于PS植入路径上不同动物椎骨组织的分析研究。 Accurate implantation of pedicle screw(PS)is very important in spinal surgery.Developing new real-time intraoperative monitoring and navigation methods is an important research direction.Near infrared spectroscopy test system is used to collect the spectra of fresh porcine vertebrae,bovine vertebrae and ovine vertebrae,reflectance spectra of the test points along the PS implantation path are obtained,so as to research on characteristic difference of near infrared of different animal vertebrae.Then a method for calculating the optimal slope factor is proposed,which is compared to the spectral area factor,peak factor and specific slope factor proposed in previous studies.The results show that the optimal slope factor is more accurate and robust for distinguishing different vertebral tissues.This factor can be used as the optimal recognition factor,which is applied in analysis and research on vertebral tissues of different animals along PS implantation path.
