摘要 目的探讨BRCA-1、Ki67、E-cad在不同分子分型乳腺癌中的表达及临床病理意义。方法检测ER、PR、HER-2据此进行病理分型,检测Ki-67、BRCA-1、E-cad观察它们在不同分子分型中的表达情况。结果 BRCA-1在各型乳腺癌中表达无显著差异,BRCA-1表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、组织学分级等因素无显著关联。Ki-67在Luminal A型中表达显著升高,Ki-67表达与淋巴结转移相关联,与肿瘤大小、年龄、组织学分级、TNM分期等因素无显著关联。E-cad在各型乳腺癌中表达无显著差异。E-cad与肿瘤大小、组织学分级相关联,与年龄,淋巴结转移及TNM分期无显著关联。结论联合检测BRCA-1、Ki67和E-cad对不同分子分型乳腺癌预后有一定预后价值。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of BRCA-1, Ki67 and E-cad in different molecular subtypes breast cancer.Methods According to expression of Er, PR and HER-2 to classify tumor. Expression level of Ki-67, BRCA-1 and E-cad were detected in different molecular subtypes breast cancer.Results The BRCA-1 expression was no significant difference in different subtypes of breast cancer. The BRCA1 expression is not correlate to age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, histological grade and other factors. The expression of Ki-67 was significantly increased and correlation with lymph node metastasis in luminal A type breast cancer. But, it not with tumor size, age, histologica grade, TNM stage and other factors. The E-cad expression was no significant difference in different subtypes of breast cancer. E-cad was associated with tumor size and histological grade, but not with age, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.Conclusion Combined detection of BRCA-1, Ki67 and E-cad are valuable for predicting of different molecular subtypes breast cancer.
