摘要
目的探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗鼻腔良性肿瘤的效果。方法选择我院2015年11月至2019年11月收治的鼻腔良性肿瘤患者59例,分为试验组和对照组两组,试验组32例对照组27例,其中试验组进行鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融辅助切除鼻腔肿物,对照组进行鼻内镜下电动切吸器辅助鼻腔肿物切除术,统计对比两组的复发、术前术后鼻内镜和症状的视觉模拟评分。结果试验组患者术后预后效果好,症状减轻,与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术操作简单,损伤小、恢复快、安全、有效,更适合鼻良性肿物手术的理念,适合临床应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma Radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of nasal benign tumors.Method 59 patients with benign tumor of nasal cavity were selected from November 2015 to November 2019 in the First Hospital of Hohhot.The patients were divided into two groups:Experimental Group and Control Group,32 cases in the experimental group and 27 cases in the control group,the experimental group underwent nasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for nasal masses,while the control group underwent nasal endoscopic electrosurgical excision for nasal masses,the relapse,preoperative and postoperative nasal endoscopy and Visual Analogue Score(Vas)of symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The patients in the test group had a better prognosis and fewer symptoms than those in the control group.Conclusion Nasal endoscope low temperature plasma Radiofrequency ablation is simple,less injury,rapid recovery,safe and effective,and more suitable for the concept of benign nasal tumor surgery,suitable for clinical application.
