摘要
目的探讨大肠癌组织中PD-L1与A2aR蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集2017年12月至2018年7月治疗的76例大肠癌患者癌组织及其对应的癌旁组织石蜡标本作为研究对象。采用免疫组化染色法对肠癌及癌旁组织中PD-L1与A2aR的表达情况进行检测,采用SPSS 21.0软件分析PD-L1与A2aR的表达与患者临床病理特征的相关性,采用Spearman分析PD-L1与A2aR表达的相关性。结果PD-L1、A2aR在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为56.68%、71.05%,高于其肠癌旁组织阳性表达率(31.58%、34.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PD-L1、A2aR的阳性表达与Broders分级、侵袭深度、TNM分期、脉管侵犯有关,在高Broders分级、高TNM分期、深侵袭深度以及发生脉管侵犯等病理特征中具有高表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A2aR在发生淋巴结转移的癌组织中具有高表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PD-L1、A2aR的阳性表达均与年龄、肿瘤直径无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PD-L1与A2aR在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达呈正相关性(r=0.305,P<0.05)。结论PD-L1与A2aR在大肠癌组织中均具有高表达,与癌组织分期、分化程度、侵袭深度以及脉管侵犯有关,通过对两者的监测,可为大肠癌的临床诊断、治疗及预后提供一定的指导依据。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of PD-L1 and A2aR in colorectal cancer,and to explore their correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods A total of 76 specimens from the patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to July 2018 were collected.The expression levels of PD-L1 and A2aR in colorectal cancer and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining.The correlation between the expressions of PD-L1 and A2aR and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients was analyzed by means of SPSS 21.0 software.Moreover the correlation between the expression of PD-L1 and that of A2aR was analyzed by Spearman analysis.Results The positive expression rates of PD-L1 and A2aR in colorectal cancer tissues were 56.68%and 71.05%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those(31.58%and 34.21%)in adjacent colorectal cancer tissues(P<0.05).The positive expressions of PD-L1 and A2aR were closely related to Broders grade,invasion depth,TNM stage and vascular invasion,which were highly expressed in the pathological features of high Broders grade,high TNM stage,deep invasion depth and vascular invasion(P<0.05).In addition A2aR was highly expressed in cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expressions of PD-L1 and A2aR were not correlated with patient’s age and tumor diameter(P>0.05).The positive expressions of PD-L1 were positively correlated with those of A2aR in colorectal cancer tissues(r=0.305,P<0.05).Conclusion PD-L1 and A2aR are highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues,which are related to the stage,differentiation,invasion depth and vascular invasion of colorectal cancer,and to monitor the two indexes can provide certain guidance for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
