视频健康教育在LPD患者围手术期快速康复中的应用

The application effects of WeChat scanning video health education on perioperative rapid recovery of patients after LPD

目的探索视频健康教育在腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(LPD)患者围手术期快速康复中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年12月拟行实施LPD患者160例作为研究对象,术前按入院时间分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组采用传统的口头、书面健康教育方法,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用微信扫码观看健康教育视频的联合宣教方法。比较2组患者对围手术期健康教育相关知识知晓率、围手术期自我护理管理能力(卧位、活动、伤口及引流管护理、功能锻炼)、相关护理并发症情况、对健康教育工作的满意度。结果观察组患者对围手术期相关知识掌握情况、对护士健康教育工作满意度及患者自我护理管理的能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率(3.25%)明显低于对照组(11.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在加速康复外科学的理念下,采用微信扫码视频健康宣教对LPD患者进行健康指导,可增强健康教育效果,提高患者自我管理能力,减少护理并发症的发生、促进患者康复,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effects of WeChat scanning video health education on perioperative rapid recovery of patients after laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD).Methods A total of 160 patients who underwent LPD in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into into control group and observation group according to the time of admission,with 80 patients in each group.The patients in control group adopted the traditional oral and written health education method,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were given the combination education method of watching health education video combined with WeChat scanning code.The knowing rate about perioperative health education,perioperative self-care management ability(lying position,activity,wound and drainage tube care,functional exercise),related nursing complications,and satisfaction degree with health education were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The knowing rate about perioperative health education,and perioperative self-care management ability and satisfaction degree with health education in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rate of complications in observation group was 3.25%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery,WeChat scanning video health education can improve the effects of health education,improve patient’s self-management ability,reduce the incidence of nursing complications,promote patients’rehabilitation and improve the satisfaction degree of patients after LPD operation.
