援助、互助与共融:1949年以来民族地区医疗卫生事业的发展

Support,Bilateral Help,and Mixture:the Development of Medical Treatments in Ethnic Regions after 1949

中华人民共和国成立以来,民族地区医疗卫生事业的发展呈现出从援助到互助再到共融发展的良好态势,这归功于国家、发达地区和民族地区的合力。国家组织的巡回医疗在各个历史时期扮演了不同的角色;发达地区的对口支援是促进民族地区医疗卫生事业发展以及调节城乡、区域不平衡的重要助力;民族地区的传统医药在临床和产业化方面的优势则在健康中国的战略背景下转化为民族地区可持续发展的内生动力,并惠及全国其他地区甚至全人类。这种合力不仅最终促成了民族地区医疗卫生事业的当下成就,也是各民族交往交流交融的重要途径和生动体现。

After the establishment of the People’s Republic of China,there’s a tends of development of medical and health issues in ethnic regions:from support,bilateral help,then gathering development,the contributions should be attributed to the collaboration of government,developed regions and ethnic regions.The touring medical treatments played various roles in several historical periods;the precise support of developed regions improved the development of medical issues of ethnic regions and adjusted the imbalance of urban-country,and of regions;the advantages of traditional medical treatments in clinic and industrialization transformed into interior power of sustainable development under the background of Healthy China,and benefited other regions even the world.This gathering contributed to the merits of medical issues in ethnic regions nowadays,also vividly expressed the exchange,communication,and mixture of various groups.
