摘要 利用Trucksim重型汽车动力学仿真软件,对某款重型汽车在弯道转向行驶时紧急制动的行驶工况进行了仿真研究。通过仿真发现重型汽车在弯道转向行驶紧急制动时,衡量汽车行驶稳定性的重要参数,车身的横摆角、俯仰角、侧倾角、横摆角速度、车身重心的横向加速度,在有ABS控制的情况下其数值变化比无ABS控制的减少显著;重型汽车在弯道转向行驶紧急制动时,有ABS控制的制动距离也显著缩短。重型汽车在弯道转向紧急制动时进行ABS控制,能显著改善重型汽车行驶的安全性和稳定性。 By using Trucksim heavy vehicle dynamics simulation software,the driving condition of emergency braking of a heavy vehicle when steering in a curve is simulated.Through the simulation,it is found that the important parameters to measure the driving stability of heavy-duty vehicles in cornering are yaw angle,pitching angle,roll angle,yaw rate and lateral acceleration of body center of gravity,which are more significantly reduced with ABS control than those without ABS control.Heavy vehicle is in emergency braking when steering in curves,which is controlled by ABS,and the braking distance is also significantly reduced.It is concluded that the safety and stability of heavy vehicle can be significantly improved by ABS control when the heavy vehicle is in emergency braking in the curve.
