内衣面料触觉舒适性数字化分析与评价模型的建立

摘要 针对面料触觉舒适性的主观评价不稳定、标准不统一的问题,该文提出一种基于面料物理性能指标的面料触觉舒适性数字化评价模型。借助织物触感仪测试50款市售内衣面料的力学性能,得到反映织物弯曲、压缩、热传导、表面摩擦和粗糙性能的18项物理性能指标,并衍生出3项感官评价指标以及综合触感评分,以此为基础分析织物物理性能与触觉舒适性的关系,进而建立触感的数字化评价模型,并通过主观实验验证其有效性。研究结果表明,该数字化评价模型回归拟合优度高,主客观实验的评价结果与预测结果一致性高,模型预测效果好。 In order to solve the problem that subjective evaluation of fabric tactile comfort is unstable and standard is not unified,a digital evaluation model of fabric tactile comfort based on physical performance index of fabric is proposed in this paper.The mechanical properties of 50 kinds of underwear fabrics sold in the market were tested by fabric tactile instrument.18 physical performance indexes reflecting the bending,compression,heat conduction,surface friction and roughness of the fabrics were obtained.Three sensory evaluation indexes and comprehensive tactile score were derived.Based on this,the relationship between the physical performance and tactile comfort of fabrics was analyzed,and the digital evaluation model of tactile feeling was established,the validity of the method is verified by subjective experiments.The results show that the digital evaluation model has a high degree of goodness of regression fitting,the evaluation results of subjective and objective experiments are consistent with the prediction results,and the prediction effect of the model is good.
