益生菌联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗支气管哮喘伴变应性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Probiotics Combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:探究益生菌联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗支气管哮喘伴变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性选取湛江市第四人民医院门诊2018年1月-2019年12月诊治的300例支气管哮喘伴变应性鼻炎患儿为研究对象,按不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各150例。对照组采用常规治疗+孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,观察组采用常规治疗+益生菌联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:两组治疗前鼻炎症状评分量表(ACT)评分、儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗,观察组ACT评分低于对照组,C-ACT评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗,观察组IFN-γ水平高于对照组,IL-4水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对支气管哮喘伴变应性鼻炎患儿在常规治疗的基础上采用益生菌联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,可有效改善鼻部症状和哮喘症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of probiotics combined with monteluk ast sodium chewable tablets in the treatment of bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis.Methods:300 children with asthma and allergic rhinitis diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department of the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment plus montelukast sodium chewable tablet,and the observation group was treated with routine treatment plus probiotics combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablet.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in ACT score and C-ACT score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the act score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the C-ACT score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was nos tatistically significant difference in IFN-γ and IL-4 between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05)After treatment,IFN-γ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and IL-4 was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:On the basis of routine treatment,probiotics combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablet can effectively improve the nasal symptoms and asthma symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.
