血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平与手足口病患儿免疫功能的相关性分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:分析血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平与手足口病患儿免疫功能的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月一2020年5月登封市人民医院收治的31例重症手足口病患儿的临床资料,将其纳入重症组;将同期医院收治的30例轻症手足口病患儿纳入轻症组。比较两组患儿血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)水平;分析手足口病患儿血清IgA、IgG、IgM与T淋巴细胞亚群水平的相关性。结果:重症组患儿IgA、IgG、IgM水平低于轻症组,CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+低于轻症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经双变量Pearson直线相关检验结果显示,手足口病患儿血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平与免疫功能呈正相关(r>0,P<0.001)。结论:重症手足口病患儿免疫功能较轻症患儿低,而血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平与免疫功能密切相关,可通过对血清免疫球蛋白指标进行检测评估患儿病情及预后。 Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgG,IgM levels and the immune function of children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:The clinical data of 31 children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease treated in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 was retrospectively analyzed and included in the severe group.30 children with mild hand-foot-mouth disease treated in the hospital during the same period was included in the mild group.The levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM and T lymphocyte subgroups(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)levels between the two groups of children were compared and the correlation between serum IgA,IgG,IgM and T lymphocyte subgroup levels in children with hand-foot-mouth disease were analyzed.Results:The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the severe group were lower than those in the mild group,andthe levelsofCD3+,CD4+,andCD4+/CD8+were lower than those in the mild group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the bivariate Pearson linear correlation test showed that serum IgA,IgG,IgM levels in children with hand-foot-mouth disease were positively correlated with immune function(r>0,P<0.001).Conclusion:The immune function of children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease is lower than that of children with mild disease.The levels of serum IgA,IgG,and IgM are closely related to the immune function.The condition and prognosis of children can beassessed by detecting serum immunoglobulin indexes.
