摘要
核衣壳组装调节剂作为新型抗HBV药物,能影响HBV复制,使共价闭合环状DNA(cccDNA)暴露而便于其被降解酶降解,从而同时减少cccDNA库。本文对主要的核衣壳组装调节剂及其与HBV核心蛋白之间相互作用方面的研究进展作一综述。
The capsid assembly modulators(CAMs),as a novel anti-HBV drug,can affect HBV replication and induce the exposure of covalent closed circular DNA(cccDNA)to degrading enzymes for its degradation,thus reducing the cccDNA pool.In this paper,the development of main CAMs and their interaction with HBV core proteins are reviewed.
