多维危机控制护理模式对复杂肝内胆管结石患者术后心理弹性及生活质量的影响

Effect of Multidimensional Crisis Control Nursing Model on Psychological Elasticity and Quality of Life in Patients with Complex Intrahepatic Bile Stones

目的探讨多维危机控制护理模式应用于复杂肝内胆管结石患者的效果。方法选取我院复杂肝内胆管结石患者89例(2018年4月至2019年10月),均行肝叶切除术,2018年4月至2019年2月43例为对照组,接受常规护理模式干预,2019年3月至2019年10月46例为观察组,在对照组基础上接受多维危机控制护理模式干预。比较两组术后康复情况(下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、住院时间)、干预前后Connor-Davidson弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分,干预前、干预后6个月消化病生存质量指数(GLQI)评分。结果观察组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组CD-RISC评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后6个月,观察组GLQI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多维危机控制护理模式应用于复杂肝内胆管结石患者,可促进术后康复,增强心理弹性,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional crisis control nursing model in patients with complicated intrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods 89 patients with complicated intrahepatic bile duct stones were selected(April 2018~October 2019),All underwent lobectomy,April 2018~February 2019,With routine nursing intervention,~March 2019,October 2019,On the basis of control group,multidimensional crisis control nursing mode intervention was accepted.Comparison of postoperative rehabilitation between the two groups(time of getting out of bed,time of anal exhaust,time of defecation,time of hospitalization)Connor-Davidson elasticity scale(CD-RISC)score before and after intervention,digestive disease quality of life index(GLQI)score 6 months after intervention.Results The time of getting out of bed,anal exhaust,defecation and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the CD-RISC score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);6 months after intervention,the GLQI score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional crisis control nursing model can promote postoperative Kangkang in patients with complicated intrahepatic bile duct stones Complex,enhance psychological elasticity,improve the quality of life.
