手术室压疮风险门罗评估表对老年宫颈癌患者术中压力性损伤发生率的影响

Effect of Pressure Sore Risk Monro Assessment on the Incidence of Intraoperative Stress Injury in Elderly Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的探讨手术室压疮风险门罗评估表对老年宫颈癌患者术中压力性损伤发生率的影响。方法选取我院老年宫颈癌患者92例(2018年8月至2020年3月),均行腹腔镜根治术,2018年8月至2019年5月45例为对照组,采用常规压疮风险评估法,2019年6月至2020年3月47例为观察组,采用手术室压疮风险门罗评估表。比较两组健康知识掌握度、术中压力性损伤发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组健康知识掌握度91.49%高于对照组64.44%,术中压力性损伤发生率0.00%低于对照组13.33%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度95.74%高于对照组71.11%(P<0.05)。结论手术室压疮风险门罗评估表应用于老年宫颈癌患者,可提高健康知识掌握度,降低术中压力性损伤发生率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of pressure sore risk Monro assessment on the incidence of stress injury in elderly patients with cervical cancer.Methods 92 elderly cervical cancer patients in our hospital(August 2018~March 2020),All underwent laparoscopic radical surgery,August 2018~May 2019,Using routine pressure sore risk assessment,~June 2019,The operating room pressure sore risk Monro assessment table was used.The health knowledge,the incidence of stress injury and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Health knowledge of observation group The grip degree of knowledge was 91.49%higher than that of control group 64.44%,the incidence of intraoperative pressure injury was 0.00%lower than that of control group 13.33%(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 95.74%higher than that of control group 71.11%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pressure sore risk Monro assessment table to elderly cervical cancer patients can improve health knowledge,reduce the incidence of stress injury and improve nursing satisfaction.
