摘要
能源互联网近年在政策支持下发展迅速,为把握其发展状况,文章构建了省域能源互联网发展情况的多维评价指标体系,应用结构熵-因子分析验证其合理性,并进一步构建了考虑政策因素的变权函数,结合AHP确定指标的变权,以反映政策变化带来的影响。同时将上述模型应用于江苏能源互联网2013-2017年发展的评价结果较客观地反映了其发展情况,验证了评价模型的有效性,最后分析了江苏能源互联网各项指标得分情况及其原因,给出了发展对策建议及相关政策调整的决策参考。
The energy internet has developed rapidly in recent years with policy support.In order to judge its development status,a multi-dimensional evaluation index system for the development of provincial energy internet has been constructed,and the structural entropy-factor analysis method is used to verify its rationality.A variable weight vector based on policy factors is further constructed,and the variable weight of the indicator is determined in conjunction with AHP to reflect the impact of the continuous evolution of policies.The evaluation results of applying the above model to the development of energy internet from 2013 to 2017 in Jiangsu province more objectively reflect its development and verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model.Finally,the scores of energy internet's various indicators in Jiangsu province and their causes are analyzed,and development countermeasures and relevant policy adjustment decisionmaking references are given.
