组织双元能力对技术跨越的影响机理研究——技术生态位中介作用及组织敏捷性调节作用

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Organizational Ambidexterity on Technological Leapfrogging:Technological Niche Mediation Effect and Organizational Agility Moderation Effect

技术跨越是高新技术企业提升技术创新能力、获得技术领先优势的有效手段。技术跨越战略的实施效果不仅受组织结构的影响,还受组织资源、组织能力的影响。组织双元能力恰是组织对当前结构、资源的有效管理控制及应对未来环境变化能力的表征。文章为揭示组织双元能力对技术跨越的影响机理,构建以组织双元能力为自变量、技术跨越为因变量、技术生态位为中介变量及组织敏捷性为调节变量的分析框架。实证结果表明,组织双元能力对技术跨越产生正向影响,技术生态位在组织双元能力与技术跨越之间起正向中介作用,组织敏捷性对组织双元能力、技术生态位及技术跨越的关系均有正向调节作用。

Technological leapfrogging is an effective method for high-tech enterprises to enhance their technological innovation abilities and gain technological advantages. The implementation effect of the technological leapfrogging strategy is not only affected by the organizational structure, but also by organizational resources and organizational abilities. The organizational ambidexterity is precisely the organization’s ability to effectively manage the current structure and resources and to respond to future environmental changes. In order to reveal the influence mechanism of organizational ambidexterity on technological leapfrogging, we construct an analytical framework that uses organizational ambidexterity as an independent variable, technological leapfrogging as a dependent variable, technological niche as a mediator, and organizational agility as a regulatory variable. The empirical results show that the organizational ambidexterity has a positive impact on technological leapfrogging;the technological niche plays a positive role between the organizational ambidexterity and technological leapfrogging;organizational agility has a positive effect on organizational ambidexterity, technology niche and technological leapfrogging.
