通用航空产业链长,涉及行业众多,对国民经济的拉动作用显著,研究通用航空产业不仅是产业发展的需要,也是整个经济社会发展的必然要求。当前,陕西通用航空产业"一轴两翼"产业布局已全面确立,但通用航空企业运营情况欠佳。通用航空产业链的核心是通用航空制造业和通用航空运营业,整个产业链体系的其它链条或产业环节都是服务或依托于这两个核心产业。民航业在互联网技术应用下发展迅猛。大数据、云计算、人工智能等先进技术在我国民航业营销水平、服务质量、民航企业经营模式、以及民航运输系统方面将会有重大影响。因此,我国民航业应借助互联网的技术优势,改变发展思路,实现新时代民航信息化高质量发展。具体发展路径如下:运用互联网技术提高民航企业竞争力、运用大数据开展舆情监测、借助互联网优势打造航空生态圈。

The general aviation industry chain is long and involves many industries,which plays a significant role in promoting the national economy.To study the general aviation industry is not only the need of industrial development,but also the inevitable requirement of the entire economic and social development.At present,the general aviation industry in shaanxi province industry layout strategy of"one axis,two wings"has been fully established,but poorly general aviation business,general aviation industry chain is the core of general aviation manufacturing industry and the general aviation operations,or other chain industry of the whole industrial chain system link is service or on the two core industries.The civil aviation industry is developing rapidly under the application of Internet technology.Advanced technologies such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence have a great impact on the marketing level,service quality,business model of civil aviation enterprises and civil aviation transportation system in China.Therefore,China’s civil aviation industry should make use of the technological advantages of the Internet to change the development ideas and achieve high quality development of civil aviation informatization in the new era.The specific development paths are as follows:Using Internet technology to improve the competitiveness of civil aviation enterprises,using big data to carry out public opinion monitoring,and building an aviation ecosystem with the help of Internet advantages.
