摘要
基于产业创新系统的自组织特征,文章通过建立协同演化的哈肯模型,探究中国大数据产业创新系统协同演化机制并进行实证分析。结果表明,大数据应用创新是系统演化的序参量;大数据应用创新一定程度上拉动了大数据技术创新的发展,但拉动力不够;系统内部已建立促进大数据应用创新不断提升的正反馈机制,但大数据技术创新不能与大数据应用创新需求相适配,阻碍了系统演进。最后,研究提出促进供需精准对接、探索跨地区联合攻关模式以及重点布局优势产业大数据创新应用的对策建议,以期为大数据产业创新发展及转型升级提供理论指导和现实参考。
Based on the self-organization characteristics of industrial innovation system,the collaborative evolution mechanism of China's big data industry innovation system is studied and empirically analyzed by constructing the Haken Model of system collaborative evolution.The results show that:Big data application innovation is the order parameter of the evolution of system;Big data application innovation can stimulate the development of big data technology innovation to a certain extent,but the pulling force is not enough;The system has been established internally the positive feedback mechanism,but the current big data technology innovation cannot match the demand of big data application innovation,which hinders the system evolution.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for promoting accurate docking of supply and demand,exploring cross regional joint tackling models,and focusing on layout of dominant industries and big data innovation applications are put forward,which to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the innovatiive devel-opment,transformation and upgrading of big data industry.
