有轨电车司机室可调节角度仪表台设计

摘要 有轨电车运行中,在不同时间、不同运行区域内,玻璃视窗在太阳照射下,仪表台上的显示屏和仪表存在眩目、无法清晰辨识的问题。目前,司机室内仪表台多为固定式结构,针对眩目问题,只能通过前窗遮阳帘遮挡部分阳光。根据光线追踪法,利用视觉仿真工具确定影响驾驶的眩光位置,设计一种可方便调节角度的仪表台,通过转动仪表台的布置角度,改变阳光反射路径,减少眩光对有轨电车司机驾驶安全的影响。 At different times and in different operating areas,glass window in the sunlight,the display screen and instrument on the screen are glared,drivers are unable to operate it with clear sight during operation.At present,the screen in the driver's cab is mostly a fixed structure,part of the sunlight can only be blocked by the front blind in the case of glare.According to the ray tracing method,the visual simulation tool is used to determine the position of glare which affects driving,and an instrument panel which can easily adjust the angle is designed.By turning the layout angle of it,the sunlight reflection path is changed,so as to reduce the impact of glare on driving safety.
