摘要
为满足高原地区客运专线、高速铁路线路维修施工需求,以普通重型轨道车为基础,研发设计适用于高原的GCY-300Ⅱ重型轨道车。分别从动力传动系统、车体、电气系统、空气制动系统4方面,阐述设计方案。从车上和车下2部分,论述该车的总体布置。通过车体静强度试验、动力学性能试验、综合性能试验和高原试运行试验,验证该轨道车能够适应青藏铁路高海拔、高寒、大风沙、强紫外线等恶劣条件,满足高原环境下线路维护中物料、人员、工具等的运输。
In order to meet the maintenance and construction needs of passenger dedicated lines and high-speed railway lines in plateau areas,GCY-300Ⅱheavy-duty rail cars suitable for plateau areas are developed and designed based on ordinary heavy-duty rail cars.The power transmission system,car body,electrical system,air brake system,the design scheme of the cars is elaborated.This paper discusses the general layout of the car from up and down.Through the static strength test,dynamic performance test,comprehensive performance test and plateau trial operation test,it shows that the rail car can adapt to the harsh conditions of Qinghai-Tibet railway,such as high altitude,high cold,strong wind and sand,strong ultraviolet,and meet the transportation of materials,personnel,tools,etc.in line maintenance under plateau environment.
