抽水蓄能电站引水隧洞水位监测系统的开发与应用 被引量:5

摘要 引水隧洞是蓄能水电站抽水和发电的水流通道,起着引用和控制水流的作用,其充排水操作是电站运行和检修过程中的一个重要环节。为保障充排水过程安全有序,必须对隧洞内水位进行监测。为此将TURCK(图尔克)新型智能压力传感器用于水位测量,以西门子S7-1200PLC作为主控器和数据采集装置,采用TIA Portal V15软件开发一套引水隧洞水位监测系统,并在广东某蓄能水电站的隧洞停水及设备大修充排水工作期间进行应用。实例应用结果表明,该系统能够对引水隧洞水位进行有效监测和报警,可为同类电站引水隧洞水位监测系统的搭建提供借鉴。 The diversion tunnel is the flow channel for pumping and power generation in pumped storage power station,which plays the role of diversion channel and controlling water flow.Its filling and draining operation is an important part in the operation and maintenance of the power station.In order to ensure the safety and order of filling and drainage process,the water level in the tunnel must be monitored.Therefore,the Turck's new intelligent pressure sensor was used for water level measurement.Siemens S7-1200PLC was used as the main controller and data acquisition device,and TIA Portal V15software was used to develop a set of water level monitoring system of diversion tunnel.The system was applied in water filling and drainage during tunnel water cut off and equipment overhaul of a certain pumped storage power station in Guangdong Province.Practice shows that the system can effectively monitor and alarm the water level of the diversion tunnel,which can provide reference for the construction of water level monitoring system of diversion tunnel in similar power stations.
