不同饲养方式对绿壳蛋鸡的养殖效果

Effect Analysis of Different Rearing Modes on Brooding of Green Eggshell Chickens

研究分析不同饲养方式对绿壳蛋鸡的养殖效果。试验结果:①竹林放养组成活率显著高于舍内平养组(P<0.05),但两组出栏重和料重比差异不显著(P>0.05);②竹林放养组全净膛率和胸腿肌率极显著高于舍内平养组(P<0.01),且竹林放养组半净膛率显著低于舍内平养组(P<0.05);③竹林放养组总抗生素检测结果36只均为阴性(36-),舍内平养组检测结果为31只阳性5只阴性(31+,5-);④竹林放养组鸡肉所检测指标均符合NY/T753—2012《绿色食品禽肉》标准,舍内平养组鸡肉检测抗生素指标不符合NY/T753—2012《绿色食品禽肉》标准。绿壳蛋鸡肉用养殖效果,竹林放养饲养方式优于舍内平养饲养方式,且能生产出安全优质的鸡肉。

Study on effects of different rearing modes on brooding of green eggshell chicken.Results were as follows:①The survival rate of bamboo herding group was higher than house-plane raising group's(P<0.05),but their slaughter weight and their feed-weight ratio were not different between groups(P>0.05);②The eviscerated carcass rate and the breast-leg muscle rate of bamboo herding group were higher than house-plane raising group's(P<0.01),but the semi-eviscerated carcass of bamboo herding group was lower than house-plane raising group's(P<0.05);③Total antibiotics detection results of bamboo herding group were all negative,and s house-plane raising group's was 31+,5-;④The chicken meat quality of bamboo herding group measured up to the standard--NY/T753—2012《Greed food-Poultry meat》,and antibiotic index of house-plane raising group don't measured up to the standard--NY/T753—2012《Greed food-Poultry meat》.So these results showed that the bamboo herding mode on brooding of green eggshell chicken was better than house-plane raising mode.And safety,high-quality chicken meat could be produced by bamboo herding mode.
