集束化治疗护理措施对胰腺癌患者围术期生活质量的影响

Impacts of bundle therapy and nursing measures on perioperative quality of life of pancreatic cancer patients

目的探讨集束化治疗护理措施对胰腺癌患者围术期生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年4月至2019年7月在本院行手术治疗的胰腺癌患者140例,其中79例接受集束化治疗护理措施(观察组),61例接受常规治疗护理措施(对照组)。比较两组患者围术期焦虑抑郁程度及生活质量。结果观察组术前焦虑评分为(22.25±4.11)分、抑郁评分为(13.24±2.11)分,明显低于对照组的(27.47±4.24)分、(16.32±2.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3 d焦虑评分为(16.32±3.32)分、抑郁评分为(11.32±1.07)分,明显低于对照组的(19.57±2.54)分、(14.47±1.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量术前为(454.28±35.59)分、术后3 d为(392.31±31.32)分,均明显高于对照组的(435.21±34.26)分、(375.36±30.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化治疗护理措施能显著改善胰腺癌患者焦虑抑郁程度,并提高其围术期生活质量。

Objective To investigate the impacts of bundle therapy and nursing measures on postoperative quality of life of pancreatic cancer patients.Methods From April 2015 to July 2019,a total of 140 pancreatic cancer patients underwent surgical treatment in our hospital,of which 79 patients received bundle therapy and nursing measures(the observation group),and the remaining 61 patients received routine therapy and nursing measures(the control group).The anxiety and depression level and quality of life of the two groups during the perioperative period were compared.Results The preoperative anxiety score of the observation group was(22.25±4.11)points and depression score was(13.24±2.11)points,significantly lower than(27.47±4.24)points and(16.32±2.25)points of the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety score 3 days after surgery in the observation group was(16.32±3.32)points,the depression score was(11.32±1.07)points,significantly lower than(19.57±2.54)points and(14.47±1.24)points in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the observation group before surgery was(454.28±35.59)points,3 days after surgery was(392.31±31.32)points,significantly higher than(435.21±34.26)points and(375.36±30.18)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bundle therapy and nursing measures significantly reduce the anxiety and depress level of pancreatic cancer patients and improve their postoperative quality of life.
