摘要
当今,建筑行业发展势头强劲,无机保温砂浆作为建筑节能材料越来越引起人们的关注。本文研究了可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚、阻裂纤维、引气剂等外加剂对无机保温砂浆性能的影响,实验结果表明,当玻化微珠掺量为60%,水料比为1:1.2时,保温砂浆的保水率随可再分散乳胶粉掺量的增加而提高,其干密度及抗压强度随可再分散乳胶粉掺量的增加而降低;纤维素醚与水拌合后可吸收大量水并膨胀成胶体状态,不仅可以提高保温砂浆的粘结性能,同时增加无机保温砂浆的稠度,提高保温砂浆的保水性;阻裂纤维在对保温砂浆保水率、干密度和抗压强度的影响中均为次要因素,即阻裂纤维的掺量对保温砂浆性能影响较小;保温砂浆的保水率随引气剂掺量的增加略有提高。
Nowadays,with the vigorous development of the construction industry,inorganic thermal insulation mortar is attracting more and more attention as a building energy saving material.This paper study the re-dispersible emulsion powder,cellulose ether,anti crack fiber,air entraining agent and other additives on the influence of inorganic thermal insulation mortar,the experimental results show that when the dosage of vitrified microsphere is 60%,ratio of water,material is 1:1.2,the water retention rate of thermal insulation mortar increases with the increase of re-dispersible emulsion powder but the dry density and compressive strength reduce,cellulose ether and water can absorb a large amount of water and expand into a colloidal state after mixing,which can not only improve the cohesiveness of thermal insulation mortar,but also enhance the consistency of inorganic thermal insulation mortar so as to improve the water retention of thermal insulation mortar,anti crack fiber is a secondary factor in the influence of water retention rate,dry density and compressive strength of thermal insulation mortar,the amount of anti crack fiber have little influence on thermal insulation mortar,water retention rate increases with the increase of air entraining agent.
