As the main form of modern urban rail transit construction,subway is an important way to promote the development of urban traffic and alleviate the current situation of urban traffic congestion.In subway project construction,cost control is an important part of management work,which directly determines the effectiveness and scientificity of the input of subway construction costs,and is of great significance to the development of subway project construction.Based on the practical application,this paper explore the influencing factors of subway project cost control and puts forward the cost control strategies to reduce the construction cost and promote the development of urban subway project.
