摘要 为解决现阶段城市地下综合管廊在施工阶段施工设计难度大、各单位难以协调、施工管理效率低等问题,通过对BIM技术的深入研究,提出了以BIM技术为核心的施工理念。本文根据对地下综合管廊施工存在的问题进行分析,结合BIM独特的技术特点,从专业角度协同设计、管线综合应用、模拟施工作业、现场实时监控、施工质安管理、施工成本管理、施工进度管理方面,研究BIM技术在城市地下综合管廊施工中的具体运用,极大的提高了管廊的施工效率,同时保证了管廊施工的质量与安全。 In order to solve the problems of difficult in construction design,coordinating among various units and low efficiency of construction management in the present stage of urban underground integrated pipe gallery,through the in-depth study of the BIM technology,the construction concept with the BIM technology as the core is put forward.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of underground integrated pipe gallery,combine with the BIM unique technical characteristics,from the aspects of professional with design,pipeline comprehensive application,simulate construction operation,real-time monitoring,construction quality and safety management,construction cost management,construction schedule management to study application of the BIM technology in urban underground integrated pipe gallery construction which greatly improve the efficiency of pipe gallery construction and ensure the quality and safety of pipe gallery construction.
