摘要
通过单矿物浮选试验、红外光谱分析和Zeta电位测试等方法,研究稀土矿浮选中络合剂EDTA对Ce^(3+)离子活化方解石的去活作用机理。试验研究结果表明,在低浓度条件下,EDTA对Ce^(3+)离子活化方解石的浮选具有明显的抑制作用。机理分析结果表明,EDTA与方解石表面的Ce^(3+)离子生成了一种稳定的络合物,可降低方解石表面的Zeta电位,从而去除Ce^(3+)离子对方解石的活化作用。
The deactivation mechanism of rare earth ore flotation complexing agent EDTA on Ce3+ion-activated calcite was studied by single mineral flotation experiment,IR spectroscopy and Zeta potential measurement.The experimental results show that EDTA can obviously inhibit the flotation of Ce^(3+)activated calcite at low concentration.The mechanism analysis results show that EDTA forms a stable complex with Ce^(3+)ions on the surface of calcite,which can reduce the zeta potential on the surface of calcite and remove the activation effect of Ce^(3+)ions on calcite.
