美国高校在线MPA培养模式及启示——以罗格斯大学为例

The Online MPA Program Eeducation Model and Implications of Universities of the United States:A Case Study of Rutgers University

美国作为最早开展在线教育的国家之一,在线研究生教育发展迅猛。在线研究生教育突破了"教与学"的时空限制,是教学方式的重大变革。这些变革深刻影响了研究生教育的教学诸要素,产生了新的教学要求和规范。研究生教育模式严格的质量标准和评估认证是在线研究生与校内研究生教学质量相一致的保障。美国罗格斯大学的在线MPA学位项目开始于2013年,它的培养模式比较完善,具有一定的代表性。我国应尽快启动在线MPA项目,具体可分为两步:首先为校内研究生开设在线课程,鼓励高校间的优质课程共享和学分互认。在此基础上再开设完全在线的MPA项目。

The United States is one of the first countries to initiate online education globally and its online graduate education grows rapidly.Online graduate education breaks through the spatial-temporal constraints of“teaching and learning”,which is a significant change in teaching approach.These changes have profoundly affected the elements of teaching required by postgraduate education and have created new demands and paradigms.The strict quality standard and the evaluation and certification of the graduate education mode guarantee the consistency of the teaching quality between the online postgraduate students and the on-campus postgraduate students.Rutgers University launched online MPA program in 2013,and its training model is relatively complete and representative.China should start online MPA program as soon as possible,which can be divided into two steps.First,establish online courses for postgraduate students on campus,and encourage the sharing of high quality courses and credit recognition among universities.Then,set up online MPA program.
