神经外科身体约束患者自我拔管预防的循证护理

Evidence-based nursing for prevention of self-extubation in patients with physical restraint in neurosurgery department

目的探讨循证护理在神经外科身体约束患者自我拔管预防的运用效果。方法选择2016年12月—2019年12月医院神经外科80例身体约束患者,根据基线资料具有可比性原则分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者采用循证护理。比较两组患者自我拔管率、身体约束相关并发症发生率、约束时间、结束约束时Ramsay镇静评分。结果按照循证护理干预后,观察组自我拔管率、身体约束相关并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组约束时间低于对照组,结束约束时Ramsay评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理措施能够规范护士在患者身体约束过程中的各项评估与操作,降低神经外科身体约束患者自我拔管率,减少约束时间。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of self-extubation of patients with physical restraint in neurosurgery was set as the study subject.Methods A total of 80 patients with physical restraint in the neurosurgery department of hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected,and according to the principle of comparability of baseline data,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received evidence-based nursing to compare the self-extubation rate,the incidence of physical restraint-related complications,restraint time,and Ramsay sedation score at the end of restraint between the two groups.Results After the evidence-based nursing intervention,the self-extubation rate and the incidence of physical restraint-related complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The restraint time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the Ramsay score at the end of restraint was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing measures can standardize various assessments and operations of nurses during the process that patients underwent physical restraint,reduce the rate of self-extubation of patients with physical restraint in neurosurgery department,and reduce restraint time.
