曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of angina pectoris with dyslipidemia

目的探讨曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常的临床疗效。方法选取咸宁市第一人民医院2018年4月—2020年3月收治的冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常患者80例,根据治疗方法分为参照组和研究组,各40例。参照组采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,研究组采用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗1周后血脂指标,包括总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,比较2组治疗1周后心绞痛发作次数、疼痛持续时间。结果研究组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组HDL-C、LDL-C、TC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组LDL-C、TC低于参照组,HDL-C高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组心绞痛发作次数少于参照组,疼痛持续时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常的临床疗效确切,可减少心绞痛发作次数,缓解心绞痛,还能纠正血脂异常。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of angina pectoris with dyslipidemia.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with angina pectoris complicated with dyslipidemia were selected from April 2018 to March 2020 in Xianning First People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the treatment methods,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium,and the study group was treated with trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin calcium.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid indexes including total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for 1 week.The number of angina pectoris attacks and the duration of pain in the two groups after 1 week of treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the coutrol group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HDL-C,LDL-C and TC between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,HDL-C,LDL-C and TC in the study group were lower than those in the control group,HDL-C was higher than coutrol group(P<0.05).The number of angina pectoris attack in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of pain was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with dyslipidemia clinical curative effect,it can reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,relieve angina pectoris,but also correct dyslipidemia.
