通心络胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis

目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取鹰潭市中医院2018—2019年收治的气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者60例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以通心络胶囊治疗。2组均持续治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后血脂指标〔总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)〕、血液流变学指标〔血细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)〕,并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组TC、TG、LDL-C、HCT、ESR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、HCT、ESR低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通心络胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效确切,可有效控制心绞痛发作,改善脂代谢和血液流变学,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected from 2018 to 2019 year in Yingtan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.Clinical effect,blood lipid indexes(TC,TG,LDL-C), hemorheological indexes(HCT,ESR) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TC,TG,LDL-C,HCT and ESR between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of TC,TG,LDL-C,HCT and ESR were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule have an exact clinical effect for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,which can effectively control angina pectoris,improve lipid metabolism and hemorheology,and with high safety.
