回顾中国电影史,张爱玲曾先后与上海文华影业公司、香港国际电影懋业有限公司合作,相继创作数部影片。在此期间,张爱玲延续自身文学风格,并吸收好莱坞影片的创作经验,以巧妙的叙事技巧,很好地平衡了“看-被看”间的张力关系,同时也打破了观众对于电影中“传奇”情节的渴望,在银幕上呈现出寻常生活的真实与趣味。

If one reviews the history of Chinese film,it can be noted that Eileen Chang(ZHANG Ailing)cooperated with Shanghai Wenhua Film Co.,Ltd.and Motion Picture General Investment Co.to create several films in succession.During this period,Eileen Chang well balanced the tension between“gaze and being gazed”with her ingenious narrative skills by keeping her own literary style and absorbing the creative experience of Hollywood films.Meanwhile she shattered the audience's desire for the“romance”plot in the film by presenting the reality and delight of ordinary life on the screen.
