结肠癌肝转移模型的建立及分期因素对肿瘤转移的影响

A Study on Establishment of Colonic Cancer Liver Metastasis Model,and on Staging Factors Influencing Neoplasms Metastasis

为探讨癌细胞经脾脏注射法建立裸鼠结肠癌肝转移模型的可行性及分期因素对肿瘤转移的影响,将结肠癌组织分离成细胞,采用脾脏注射法建立结肠癌肝转移模型。计算结肠癌肝脏转移率,统计分析不同临床分期对结肠癌肝转移的影响。结果显示,脾脏注射法结肠癌肝转移总体转移率为58.3%,Ⅲ/Ⅳ期结肠癌组织分离出的细胞结肠癌肝转移率(83.3%)及转移程度明显高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期肝转移率(33.3%)及转移程度(P<0.01)。结果表明,结肠癌组织机械分离细胞脾脏注射法可以用来建立裸鼠结肠癌肝转移模型,且分期因素对转移的影响有统计学意义。

This study was to investigate the feasibility of spleen injection method to establish colonic cancer liver metastasis model of nude mouse,and the influence of staging factors on neoplasms metastasis,isolated cells from colonic cancer tissue,established colonic liver metastasis model by using spleen injection method,then calculated the metastasis ratio for analysing the influence of different clinical stages on the metastasis.As results,total metastasis ratio was 58.3%,among which in the cells from colonic cancer tissue atⅢ/Ⅳstage,the metastasis ratio was 83.3%,significantly higher than that in the cells from colonic cancer tissue atⅠ/Ⅱstage(33.3%);as for metastasis degree,did so.Results show that spleen injection method could be used to establish nude mouse model of colonic cancer liver metastasis,and the influence of staging factors on metastasis has statistical significance.
