培本益阳汤治疗脾肾阳虚型直肠癌腹膜转移化疗患者疗效观察

An Observation on the Effect of Peiben Yiyang Tang on the Patients with Rectal Cancer in Type of Deficiency of Spleen-Kidney Yang,and Peritoneum Metastasis Undergoing Chemotherapy

为探讨培本益阳汤口服治疗脾肾阳虚型直肠癌腹膜转移化疗患者的效果,将82例直肠癌腹膜转移化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组实施CapeOx化疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予培本益阳汤口服治疗。比较2组患者4个疗程后症状改善情况、免疫功能及不良反应。结果显示,治疗后观察组腰膝酸软、腹胀腹痛、肢体畏寒、肢体浮肿、面色苍白、食欲不振和少气乏力等证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨髓抑制、神经毒性、手足综合征、腹泻及恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,培本益阳汤可有效改善脾肾阳虚型直肠癌腹膜转移化疗患者症状,提高机体免疫功能,并减少因化疗产生的不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the effect Peiben Yiyang Tang(a TCM decoction,shortly named as Tang)on the patients with rectal cancer in type of spleen-kidney yang deficiency,and peritoneum metastasis undoing chemotherapy,randomly divided 82patients met above condition into control group(41cases,received CapeOx chemotherapy scheme)and observation group(41cases,based on CapeOx scheme,added with Tang orally administered);then,compared both groups'patients'symptoms improved status after 4 treatment courses,and their immuno-function,as well untoward reactions.As results,after treatment in the score on symptoms&signs such as waist-knee aching and limp,abdominal pain and burbulence,limbs aversion to cold,limbs edema,look pale,anorexia,feel week in limbs,etc;in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio,in CD8^(+)level,as well as in the incidence of myelosuppression,neurotoxicity,hand-foot syndrome,diarrhea,and nausea vomiting observation group was respectively and significantly lower,higher,lower,as well as lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that Tang can effectively improve above-mentioned patients'symptoms,body immuno-function,and reduce untoward reactions,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
