腹针联合肛洁舒熏洗散干预混合痔术后疼痛及创口愈合的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Fuming-wash with Gangjieshu Powder in Intervening Pain and Wound Healing after Surgery for Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察腹针联合肛洁舒熏洗散熏洗坐浴减轻混合痔术后疼痛及缩短创面愈合时间的效果,将162例混合痔术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各81例。观察组术后第一天换药前于中脘、关元、气海等穴实施腹针并联合肛洁舒熏洗散熏洗坐浴;对照组仅采用腹针疗法。观察比较两组换药时疼痛程度及创口愈合时间。结果显示,观察组换药时疼痛评分明显低于对照组,创口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,腹针联合肛洁舒熏洗散熏洗坐浴能缓解混合痔术后换药时疼痛,且能促进创口愈合,适宜在基层推广应用。

This study was to observe the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with fuming-wash with Gangjieshu powder in intervening postoperative pain and wound healing of mixed hemorrhoids patients,randomly divided 162patients met above condition into observation group[81cases,on postoperative 1st day and before dressing exchange,needle manipulation at points such as Zhongwan(CV12),Guanyuan(CV4),and Qihai(CV6),etc,and fuming-wash sitz bath with Gangjieshu powder]and control group(81cases,alone abdominal acupuncture);then,observed and compared both groups'patients'pain intensity during dressing exchange,and their wound healing time.As results,in the score on pain,and in wound healing time observation group was respectively and significantly lower,and shorter than control group(P<0.05).Results show that abdominal acupuncture plus fuming-wash with Gangjieshu powder can alleviate pain when dressing exchange postoperatively,and promote wound healing,which is suitable to use in basic unit.
