临床护理路径在肛裂手术患者中的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation on Clinical Nursing Pathway Applied in the Patients Undergoing Anal Fissure Surgery

为观察临床护理路径在肛裂手术患者中的应用效果,将我院行肛裂手术患者62例随机分为常规组和观察组,每组31例。常规组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予临床护理路径护理,比较2组患者护理前后不良情绪评分、护理满意度、肛裂手术时间、住院时间、住院费用以及术后并发症发生情况。结果显示,观察组患者不良情绪评分低于常规组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05),手术时间、住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05),住院费用及术后并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结果表明,肛裂手术患者实施临床护理路径可减轻患者的心理负担,缩短手术时间和住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,减轻患者的经济负担,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to observe the efficacy of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)applied amidst surgery for anal fissure(AF),randomly divided 62AF patients undergoing surgery in author's hospital into routine group(31cases,received routine nursing)and observation group(31cases,CNP);then,compared both groups'score on negative emotion before and after nursing,nursing satisfactory degree,operating time,hospitalization time,medical cost,and postoperative complication incidence.As results,in the score on negative emotion,in nursing satisfactory degree,in the time for operating,and for hospitalization,as well as hospitalization cost and postoperative complication incidence,observation group was respectively and significantly lower,higher,shorter,as well as lower than routine group(all,P<0.05).Results show that for AF patients implementing CNP can relieve patients'mental burden,shorten operating and hospitalization time,reduce postoperative complication incidence,alleviate economic burden,and uplift their nursing satisfactory degree,thus it is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
