儿科医院全自动粉剂分剂量工作体系的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of automatic powder dosing system in a pediatric hospital

药品手工分剂量调配在儿科医院中非常普遍,由于缺少指导性的文件规范,分剂量工作质量不高。尤其是粉剂分剂量,手工操作难度更大,药师水平也参差不齐。全自动粉剂分包机可显著提高粉状制剂分剂量的准确性和效率。医院探索开展了全自动粉剂分剂量工作,通过规划场地、制定全自动粉剂分剂量药品目录、建立标准操作流程、开展质量控制、人员培训等,建立了儿科医院全自动粉剂分剂量工作体系,为儿童专科医院全自动分剂量工作的开展提供经验。

Due to shortage of age-appropriate dosage forms,manipulation of medicines to obtain required doses for pediatrics was common in clinical setting.However,the quality of manipulation was poor for limitation of regulatory guidelines,especially for the manipulation of powder-like formulations.The accuracy and efficiency of powder dosage can be significantly improved by the automatic powder dosing machine.The hospital explored and carried out the work of full-automatic powder dose distribution.By planning the site,formulating the drug catalog of full-automatic powder dose distribution,establishing the standard operation process,carrying out quality control and personnel training,the pediatric hospital established the work system of full-automatic powder dose distribution,which could provide experience for the development of full-automatic powder dose distribution in children′s hospital.
