江苏省医疗机构发热门诊建设现状调查

Investigation on the current situation of fever clinic construction in medical institutions in Jiangsu Province

目的分析江苏省二级及以上医疗机构发热门诊建设现状,为进一步推动发热门诊规范建设提供依据。方法于2020年5月15—19日,采用统一制定的调查表对江苏省二级及以上医疗机构开展发热门诊建设现状专项调查。调查内容包括是否设置发热门诊、发热门诊建筑布局、功能区域设置、辅助用房设置等40余项指标。使用频数、率、构成比等对资料进行统计描述。结果江苏省535家二级及以上医疗机构中,有454家设置了发热门诊,建设率为84.86%。发热门诊建筑布局、诊治区域、辅助科室/用房等单项指标建设未能全部满足标准要求。结论江苏省积极推进发热门诊建设,但与发热门诊建设标准尚有差距,需进一步扩大发热门诊应建尽建的覆盖面,推动规范化建设。

Objective To analyze the status of fever clinic construction in secondary-and tertiary-level hospitals in Jiangsu Province,so as to provide basis for further promoting the standardized construction of fever clinic.Methods From May 15 to 19,2020,a special survey was conducted on the current situation of fever clinic construction in secondary and above medical institutions in Jiangsu Province by using a unified questionnaire.More than 40 indexes were included in this survey,such as setting up fever clinic or not,architectural composition,regional setting and auxiliary room configuration of fever clinic and so on.The data were described by frequency,rate and constituent ratio.Results Among 535 secondary and above medical institutions in Jiangsu Province,454 had fever clinics,with a construction rate of 84.86%.Some single index failed to meet the standard requirements,such as architectural composition,diagnosis and treatment area and auxiliary room configuration.Conclusions Jiangsu Province actively promotes the construction of fever clinic,but there is still a gap with the construction standard of fever clinic.It is necessary to further expand the coverage of fever clinic and promote the standardized construction.
