智慧教育背景下基础教育教师胜任力及其提升路径 被引量:12

摘要 智慧教育秉持“学为中心”“能力为先”的理念,培养具有核心素养的智慧型人才。智慧教育驱动基础教育理念、教学方式和学习方式的变革,对教师胜任力提出了新的要求。智慧教育背景下的基础教育教师胜任力是教师实施智慧教学所需的专业知识和技能、价值理念与专业态度的集中体现,其中智慧教学理念与动机、智慧教学环境构建与应用能力、智慧教学组织创新能力、智慧教学评价与反馈能力、智慧学习能力与协作能力等核心要素是教师胜任力的重要组成部分。基于已有研究成果以及教育实践,构建涵盖多个核心要素的教师胜任力模型,对提升基础教育教师胜任力、提高教学质量和促进教师专业发展具有重要意义。提升教师胜任力主要有以下途径:重塑教师职业角色,提升教师专业发展的主体性;构建智慧学习共同体,加强智慧资源共享;优化教师评价体系,促进“教、学、研”一体化发展。通过这些途径培养智慧型教师,更好地回应基础教育改革,推动智慧教育发展,服务于国家创新型人才的培养。 Under the guidance of“learner-centeredness and abilities-orientation”,smart teaching integrates modern information technology and innovative teaching resources with the aim of building the high-end form of digital learning environment to satisfy learners lifelong learning.Teachers competency is the core of basic education,which is of great significance to the enhancement of teaching quality and teachers sustainable development.Based on theoretical framework and educational practice,this paper attempts to construct basic education teachers competency model which can be divided into five major dimensions:conception of smart teaching and motivation,construction and utilization of smart teaching environment,smart teaching organization and innovation,smart teaching evaluation and feedback,smart learning and cooperative competence.Teachers must be guided to have better understanding of the key components of the competency model.And directed by the model,enhancement of teachers competency can be achieved through improving teachers autonomy,construction of learning communities and optimizing teachers evaluation system,with the aim of cultivating innovative talents against the background of the development of key competences.
