思想政治工作是高等教育的生命线,提升思想政治工作的质量事关高校办学的整体质量。对高校思想政治工作质量进行评价是党中央的战略部署,也是中国高等教育发展进入新时代、培养时代新人的必然要求。但高校思想政治工作质量提升是一个系统性工程,需要重点回答"因何而来""何以可能""如何可能"三个问题,需要提高政治站位、树立"大思政"工作理念,把握系统性与综合性、定量与定性、体系达标引导与效果评优激励相结合的原则,科学设计高校思想政治工作质量评价的导向性指标体系。

Ideological and political work is the lifeline of higher education.To evaluate the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities is the strategy of the CPC Central Committee and the inevitable requirement for the development of higher education in China and cultivate new age.However,the improvement of ideological and political work quality in colleges and universities is a systematic project.It is necessary to focus on solving the three key issues of"how to come","why can be"and"how to be possible".So we should improve the political position,to establish the macroscopical concept,to grasp the principle of combining systematicness with comprehensiveness,quantitative and qualitativeity,and to design the guiding index system scientifically.
