在中国共产党迎来百年华诞之际,从治理型政党的视角重新认识中国共产党的独特性有助于正确把握中国特色社会主义的制度优势,增强制度自信。在领导革命、建设和改革的百年征程中,中国共产党经历了从革命型政党到革命型执政党、再到治理型政党的转变。在坚持和加强党的全面领导新时代,中国共产党治国理政就是一种党领导的多党合作、多元主体共同参与的政党中心的复合型治理,具体体现在国家治理、社会基层治理、国企公司治理等方面。为了加强治理型政党建设,实现党的全面领导与国家治理体系的有机统一,中国共产党治国理政必须走制度化、法治化、规范化道路。

When the Communist Party of China(CPC)celebrates its centennial anniversary,rethinking the outstanding characteristic of the CPC will contribute greatly to better understanding of the advantage of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and strengthen our trust in the system.During the past hundred years of leading the revolution,construction and reforms,the CPC has transformed itself from a revolutionary party to a revolutionary ruling party,and then to a governing party.During the new era of the overall leadership of the CPC,the governance of China is the party-centered task characterized by multi-party cooperation and participated by the plural actors,as indicated in the national governance,social governance and corporate governance.The governance of China by the CPC must be institutionalized and based on the rule of law in order to build a governing party and strengthen the good combination between the overall leadership of the CPC and national governance system.
