摘要
在混凝土面板堆石坝的各种接缝止水结构中,铜止水作为一道基本止水一直被沿用至今。本文针对某坝高210 m的特高混凝土面板堆石坝,采用数值模拟方法分析了周边缝铜止水在三向大变形和高水压下的应力应变状况。结果表明,相对于直线段铜止水,拐角段铜止水由于自身约束作用造成应力集中更易发生破坏。基于多种方案的数值分析与比较,为该特高面板坝周边缝的铜止水设计推荐了合适的几何尺寸,并针对拐角段铜止水提出了增大防渗安全裕度的措施。
Among various waterstop structures of CFRD(concrete faced rockfill dam)joints,copper water⁃stop has always been used as a basic waterstop.In this paper,for a super-high CFRD of 210m high,the stress-strain state of copper waterstop at perimetric joints under three-dimensional large deformation and high water pressure is analyzed by using the numerical simulation method.It is indicated that,compared with the straight section,the corner section of copper waterstop is more likely to be damaged due to the stress concentration caused by self restraint.Based on the numerical analysis and comparison of various schemes,an appropriate geometric size is recommended for the copper waterstop design,and the measures to increase the anti-seepage safety are also proposed for copper waterstop at the corner section.
