摘要
气腿式凿岩机活塞运动涵盖回转、轴向和撞击三个过程和两个转化,即先把压气能转化成运动(形式与参数),再把运动参数转化成入射应力波,传递到岩石。本文将经典力学与现代波动力学相结合,对活塞运动的三个过程和两个转化进行论述,对气动凿岩机设计计算作了一些补充。
Piston movements in the air-leg rock drills consists of"three processes",that is,"rotary+axial+percussive",together with"two conversions",that is,compression conveted to moverment(forms and parameters),then movement parameters converted to incident stress wave,which is passed onto rocks.The paper describes"three processes"and"two conversions"of the piston movements by combining classic mechanics and modern wave mechanics,complementing the design computation of the pneumatic rock drills to some extent.
