摘要
介绍了一种超高压水压测试系统集成方案,将系统设备分成两部分集成安装在两个单独的集装箱撬内,分别控制集装箱撬和试验台集装箱撬,主要用于油田现场及部分偏远地区施工现场大型设备安装维修过程中的压力强度测试工作,并可实现远程操控及数据无线传输,大大方便了现场的施工维修压力测试作业。本系统移运方便,组装简便,配套流程精细,可实现高压200 MPa压力,压力波动小,控制精度高,核心元件选型考究。目前主要用于油田现场施工、海上抢险作业船等配套。
The paper desctibes a integration solution for a super-high-pressure hydraulic testing system.In this solution,systematic devices are classififed into 2 parts are respectively installed in 2 induvidual container chassisses which respectively cntrol the container chassiss and workbench container chassiss.The hydraulic testing system has its main applications in the pressure intensity tests during the installation and repair of large equipments in the oilfile onsite and construction sites in some remote regions.It enables romote contrl and wireless data transmission,which greatly facilitates the pressure test jobs in onsite constructions and repairs.The system is easy to tansportation and easy to assembly and can provide a high pressur up to 200 Mpa with small pressure fluctuation.It features high control precision and selected core elements.Currently,it mainly served as a supporting facility for oilfield onsite construction,offshore rescure operations,etc,.
