摘要
针对矿井输送机永磁同步电机原直驱调速系统运行效率低、能耗大的特点,对大功率防爆变频器以及输送机永磁同步电机直驱调速系统进行了优化设计,优化后的系统运行工况良好,能耗得到明显降低,应用效果良好。
Based on fatures of the low operating efficiency and large energy consumption of the original direct drive speed control system of the mine conveyor permanent magnet synchronous motor,the high-power explosion-proof inverter and the direct drive speed control system of the conveyor permanent magnet synchronous motor are optimized.The optimized system is operating in good conditions,energy consumption is significantly reduced,and the application effect is good.
