摘要
钎尾套是ZYYG170A型液压凿岩机缓冲机构的重要零件之一,也是使用过程中经常损坏的零件之一。无论是在缓冲过程还是复位过程中,钎尾套始终夹在钎尾和缓冲活塞之间,在这两个零件之间传递力量。该文认为,钎尾套的工作和失效过程可分为初始阶段、偏载阶段和疲劳失效阶段三个阶段,偏载导致的疲劳失效是钎尾套破损失效的主要原因。
The rotation chuck bushing is one of the important parts of the buffer mechanism in hydraulic rock drill ZYYG170A,and also one of the parts that is frequently damaged during operation.Whether in the buffering process or the resetting process,Tish arttcle chuck bushing is always clamped between the shank adapter and the damping piston to transmit force.This article believes that the work and failure process of the rotation chuck bushing can be divided into three stages:the initial stage,the eccentric load stage and the fatigue failure stage.The main reason for the failure of the rotation chuck bushing is the fatigue failure caused by the eccentric load.
