雷火灸技术及其在干眼的临床进展

Thunder fire moxibustion technique and its clinical progress in dry eye

干眼是眼科临床的常见病、多发病之一,其治疗也成为眼科的一大难题。近年来,随着社会的发展,生活环境的改变,干眼发病率逐年上升且呈低龄化趋势,其临床治疗已成为眼科疾病研究的热点。目前,相比西医的人工泪液、自身血清、眼表损伤修复药物、手术及抗炎和免疫抑制剂等药物的对症治疗,中医非药物疗法雷火灸技术借助其温通作用在干眼治疗中有较好的应用,且取得较好的效果。本文通过对近年来雷火灸技术在干眼的临床应用及护理研究现状进行综述,以期为临床提供参考依据。

Dry eye is one of the common and frequently-occurring diseases in clinical ophthalmology,and its treatment has also become a major problem in ophthalmology.In recent years,with the development of society and the change of living environment,the incidence of dry eye has been increasing year by year and is showing a trend of young age.The trend of clinical treatment has become a hot spot in the research of ophthalmology.At present,compared with the symptomatic treatment of artificial tears,self-serum,ocular surface damage repair drugs,surgery,and anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive drugs of western medicine,the non-drug therapy thunder fire moxibustion technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine is effective in the treatment of dry eye with its warming effect.Better application,and achieved better results.This article reviews the clinical application and nursing research status of thunder fire moxibustion technique in dry eye in recent years,hoping to provide clinical reference.
