乡村振兴背景下甘肃省农村产业融合发展评价研究

Evaluation Research on the Development of Rural Industrial Integration in Gansu Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农村一二三产业融合是实现农村居民增收、农业增效和缩小城乡发展差距的主要方式,是实现乡村产业振兴的有效途径,是实现乡村振兴的重要推动力。基于2014~2018年甘肃省农村产业相关数据,构建甘肃省农村产业融合发展评价指标体系,采用熵权GC-TOPSIS法测算甘肃省农村产业融合发展指数,通过耦合协调度模型计算子系统协调发展程度。结果表明:甘肃省农村产业融合发展趋势表现为先上升后下降再稳定上升的走势;农业产业链延伸指数、农业多功能拓展指数、农业服务业融合指数、农民增收与农业增效指数和城乡一体化指数得到不同程度的提升且各项指数之间耦合协调程度呈现出上升趋势;农业产业链延伸和城乡一体化指标方面发展相对不稳定。为进一步促进农村产业融合发展,需着力培育新型农村产业融合经营主体,加快农产品精深加工产业主体培育,推动产业链延伸,推进乡村旅游与休闲农业发展,完善农村基础设施建设,大力发展现代农业。

The integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is the main way to increase rural residents’ income, increase agricultural efficiency, and narrow the urban-rural development gap. It is an effective way to rejuvenate rural industries and an important driving force for rural rejuvenation. Based on the relevant data of rural industries in Gansu Province from 2014 to 2018, construct the evaluation index system of rural industrial integration development in Gansu Province, use the entropy weight GC-TOPSIS method to measure the rural industrial integration development index of Gansu Province, and calculate the coordinated development degree of subsystems through the coupling coordination degree model. The results showed that the development trend of rural industrial integration in Gansu Province showed a trend of first rising, then falling and then rising steadily;agricultural industry chain extension index, agricultural multi-functional expansion index, agricultural service industry integration index, farmers’ income increase and agricultural efficiency index, and urban-rural integration The chemical index has been improved to varying degrees, and the degree of coupling and coordination between the various indexes has shown an upward trend;the development of agricultural industry chain extension and urban-rural integration indicators is relatively unstable. In order to further promote the integration and development of rural industries, it is necessary to focus on cultivating a new type of rural industry integration business entity, accelerate the cultivation of agricultural product deep processing industry entities, promote the extension of the industrial chain, promote the development of rural tourism and leisure agriculture, improve rural infrastructure construction, and vigorously develop modern agriculture.
