The Implementation of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness in Foreign Studies Universities: Cultivating Talents for Global Governance

摘要 培养具有国际视野、中国情怀的德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,培育担负民族复兴大任的时代新人,是外语院校新时代所肩负的重大历史使命。面对新定位、新要求、新任务,发挥好"课程思政"课堂教学主渠道作用是实现立德树人、铸魂育人根本任务的关键。 Foreign studies universities are responsible for cultivating socialism builders and successors with solid and all-round moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetical grounding. In the new era of socialist development, foreign studies universities are entrusted with the tasks of cultivating professionals and talents with global vision and Chinese sentiments, as well as nurturing the new generation to realize the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation. Faced with the new roles, new requirements and new tasks, it is crucial for foreign studies universities to take curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness as a main approach to accomplishing the fundamental mission of cultivating virtuous and upright talents.
