摘要 重大突发事件往往会引起国际社会的高度关注,给国家形象带来巨大挑战,要将风险化作机遇,必须深入研究重大突发事件中国家形象的战略传播问题。要从传播时机、传播主体、传播视角三个方面厘清危机解决紧迫性与国家形象塑造长期性的关系、政府传播与民间传播的关系、内部视角与外部视角的关系,在重大突发事件传播意识、传播理念、传播规律三个方面扎实推进国家形象战略传播主动性、针对性和专业性。 Major emergencies often arouse great attention from the international community and bring huge challenges to the image of the country. To turn risks into opportunities, it is necessary to thoroughly study the strategic communication of the image of the country in major emergencies. It is necessary to clarify the long-term relationship between the urgency of crisis resolution and the shaping of national image, the relationship between government communication and non-governmental communication, the relationship between the internal and external perspectives. Promote the initiative, pertinence and professionalism of the strategic communication of the national image in three aspects: awareness of major emergencies, communication concepts, and communication rules.
